Price includes shipping and tax One of a kind vest made from vintage Victor Starch sack and Banner Mills sack. Vintage blue toile inner lining fabric, brass snap buttons and two large grain sack pockets. There is sign of ware from the original vintage sack material. This in my opinion enhances the rugged, vintage look. All fabric has been pre washed. Signs of ware is part of the character and not a flaw. Measures 19” pit to pit
